Five Ad PR Majors Are Named MAIP Fellows

Ad PR majors are annually selected as finalists for the highly competitive 4 A’s Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP). This year’s Ad PR cohort had an extra strong showing

with 5 students selected as 2020 Summer MAIP fellows. Genesis Flores ’21, Daniela Morales ‘20, Samantha Ortiz ‘21, Alexander Papadopoulos ‘20 and Kristen Wiggs ‘20 were among top students nationally selected for competitive internships at leading ad agencies. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, agencies had to alter their plans. MAIP fellows will participate in a digital summer program that gives them access to industry leaders for workshops, seminars and networking.
