Sumiya Khan is Named 2020 Dot Giannone VMLY&R Scholar/lntern

Sumiya Khan ’21 was selected as the 2020 Dot Giannone VMLY&R Scholar/Intern from a competitive field of applicants. In addition to receiving a $3,000 scholarship, Sumiya will participate in VMLY&R’s summer digital masterclass, Nexus. The on-line program was created in lieu of the regular summer intern program that was cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus. Interns will participate in a robust on-line program to connect digitally with top agency talent. As a bonus, Sumiya will also have access to WPP’s (VMLY&R holding company) Virtual Series to connect to professionals and students from other agencies in the WPP network.
